How Am I Able To Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your Paypal recurring payment, login at PayPal and follow PayPal's instructions on how to cancel a subscription. In short, you need to find the "pre-approved payments" menu point or the transaction where you set up the subscription (or the last transaction sending funds) and click the cancel button.A subscription cancellation will cancel the (future) automatic annual renewal (recurring payment), but will not affect the current membership for the already paid 12-month term, and we are unable to refund portions of the membership fee for "unused" months within the current term.

How Will I Be Billed?

Monthly Billing Cycles

Recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month. If the initial recurring paymentfalls on the 31st, PayPal will adjust (within a few months) the billing cycle to the 1st of themonth. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th, PayPal adjusts the billing cycle tothe 1st of the month on the following February.

Cancellation- In order to cancel a monthly subscription without being charge for the followingmonth- Cancellation can NOT be within 24 hrs (hours) of the payment due date (monthly and/ orannually) or the account will be charge automatically.

RGA@ Home & Richmond Goalkeeping Academy LLC. will not offer refunds or any partial and/or full credit towards monthly and/ or yearly subscriptions.

Yearly Billing Cycles

Recurring payments are collected on the same month and day each year. If the initial recurring payment falls on February 29th of a leap year, PayPal adjusts the billing cycle to February 28th or March 1st the following year.

Cancellation- In order to cancel the yearly subscription without being charge for the following month- Cancellation can NOT be within 24 hrs (hours) of the payment due date (monthly and/or annually) or the account will be charge automatically.

How Do I See My Purchase After Payment?

1) Go to “Settings”
2) Click “Payments”
3) Click “Manage Auto Payments”
4) Click “Show Active Payments”
5) Click “Richmond Goalkeeping Academy LLC.”
6) Enjoy your Monthly Subscription

How Do I Get My Subscription?

Immediately following the first months/individual months payment, it will redirect you to a separate webpage to download the first month/initial month PDF---->Download PDF for use.

If PDF is lost, please email us at
info@richmondgoalkeepingacademy.com explaining what has happened and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.


How Do I Receive My À la carte Bundle Package?

All bundle packages will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase of Download. If not received, please email us at
info@richmondgoalkeepingacademy.com explaining what has happened and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.


How Will I Receive Monthly Subscriptions?

Following the initial month of the started "Monthly Subscription" plan, on the next monthly billing date upon successful payment transaction the new RGA @ HOME Monthly Plan will be emailed at 10:30am EST at the start of your next billing cycle.


How Do I Change My Payment Method?

Change Payment Method:

From a Computer-
1. Click Wallet
2. Select your payment method from the left side of the page.
3. Click Set as preferred.

PayPal App-
1. Tap the Settings icon at the top right.
2. Select Payment Preferences.
3. Tap Online purchases to see which payment method is your preferred one (it will have a check mark next to it).
4. To change it, simply tap the new payment method.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To Cancel:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

*When done successfully account will show “Inactive”

What Happens When Payment Fails?

Failed Payment :

A recurring payment fails if funds cannot be moved from the subscriber's PayPal account to your own. PayPal by default reattempts the failed payment a couple of times, then cancels the subscription if it continues to fail.Questions about RGA@ Home
