Training Sessions begin June 15th, 2023 - August 12th, 2023.
The purpose of this 9-week Summer Preseason Training is to introduce higher level Goalkeeping training and fitness training to help your goalkeepers move to the next level in preparation of their 2023 Fall Season.
Choose to attend 1-2 times per week. Each session is 90-minutes long. No more than 12 GKs per session with multiple goalkeeping coaches present including RGA Director of Goalkeeping, Amanda Forester.

Three Ways To Train:
1) RGA Membership: $250 per month includes 3 Preseason Training sessions per month and 1 virtual tactical Film session per month. (This is our year-round membership that is auto billed monthly with a 30-day cancellation policy)

2) Pre-Pay & Save: $70-$80 per session includes
2 Tactical Film review sessions and 1 Mentorship with Pros Sessions. (the more sessions you pre-pay for in advance, the lower the price)

Evaluations will be offered to Goalkeepers who attend a minimum of 5 or more preseason sessions. Evaluations will be emailed out to goalkeepers 3 weeks after the completion of the program.
