




2026 Summer Group Training Sessions begin
June 5th - August 16th.
The purpose of this 9-week Summer Preseason Group Training is to introduce higher level Goalkeeping training and goalkeeper specific fitness training to help your goalkeepers move to the next level in preparation of their Fall Season.
Choose to attend 1-2 times per weekend.
Each session is 75-90-minutes long (depending on Location). No more than 5-8 GKs per session with multiple goalkeeping coaches including RGA Director of Goalkeeping, Amanda Forester Kay who lead all sessions. *Level 1: Foundational classes are only 1 hour long and do not include S&C
Please Note: Beginning August 21st sessions change back to 60-minutes long
Groups are divided separately by age and skill levels.

includes 2-4 discounted group training sessions per month and 1 virtual tactical film session in July and August

2) Pay-as-You-Go Rate: $85 per session

3) Purchase a Pre-paid Package of 4 or 6 in-person training sessions only. (excludes virtual tactical sessions)

*Beginning August 21st switch to 1 hour sessions. These will be used as make-up sessions if we have any weather cancellations.
Evaluations will be offered to Goalkeepers who are on an Seasonal Membership AND attend a minimum of 6 or more preseason sessions. Annual members will receive ongoing feedback in their IDP Meetings every other month during the program.
Evaluations will be emailed out to goalkeepers 3-4 weeks after the completion of the program.
