We enjoyed meeting you! Now that you have gotten in your first training session we have a good idea of where you are and how to help you improve. Before we book your next session we want to understand more of why you are training and what your goals are. It is okay if you do not know every goal for yourself. Most of the time our goal assignment is one of the hardest assignments for our Goalkeepers to complete. We ask that you take some undivided and focused time to really share what your leadership, personal, life, soccer, and academic goals are.
After we receive your submitted document, click the link below to book your 30-minute free zoom call with Coach Amanda to discuss your goals and what it will take to achieve them. See below for the the link to complete your goals sheet and then book with Coach Amanda below once completed.
Also listed below is a link to our at-home tutorial page. Listed on the page are multiple at-home drills including the same footwork we introduced you to at your first session and more! The more that you practice at-home the better you will get.
You will need to purchase your RGA Training Shirt. This will be apart of your training kit that you will wear to each practice going forward. You are welcome to purchase both shirts, however, you only need one. Either our RGA Blue t-shirt OR RGA Black long sleeve. Below is a link to our Shop page.
